Don't forget to rename the tabs at the bottom to reflect whatever month or year you are in. You will find that the weekly total auto-populates, and on the far right of the screen are your monthly totals. At that point, begin entering in your data. You will have to modify the dates at the top to reflect whatever month you're in, but it takes less than 1 minute to do so. Enter in your client names and approved hours for each child. You should do this at the end of each month. How it works: Using the template tab at the bottom, simply right click and select move or copy, and then select create a copy followed by move to end. These can be interchanged depending on what service you provide and what hours you are tracking. Currently, there are rows for Direct therapy, Supervision, Group Direct, and Group Supervision. There are presently 8 client spaces, but it can easily be modified to include more by copying and pasting.
